A visionary entrepreneur with over 18 years of extensive and varied experience spanning technology, entertainment, business strategy, aviation, software systems, marketing, finance, and innovative learning. His global career has been marked by the creation and delivery of diverse products and ventures. Driven by a deep passion for instructional design, he specializes in product strategy, service design, and the operation of businesses and franchises.
With a B.E. in Electronics & Communication from RGTU Bhopal, followed by M.Tech in Software Systems from BITS Pilani, and a Master’s degree in Management from Harvard University, his professional journey includes roles with numerous start-ups as well as leading global technology companies such as Apple, Bose Corporation, Honeywell and Microchip Technology, as a Software Architect and Developer. In addition, he holds a Commercial Pilot License in aviation and is also a renowned public figure in the music industry as a Playback Singer and Actor. His broad expertise encompasses cutting-edge technologies, brand building, and the development of innovative business solutions, reflecting a truly global perspective and experience.

PIYALEE CHATTERJEE GHOSH

An erstwhile flight attendant turned entrepreneur, she brings over 18 years of extensive experience in conceptualizing and developing training products and solutions for skill enhancement within the aviation and hospitality sectors. Her visionary approach and unwavering commitment to excellence in domain-specific training have underpinned the sustained success of her team. She has a deep-seated passion for interacting with students, alongside a fervour for training and mentorship. Specializing in the aviation industry, her expertise encompasses the management of academic content development and implementation, as well as counselling and placement services.
In addition to her B.Sc in Biotechnology and an MBA in Aviation Management from UPES Dehradun, she is also a certified Master Trainer and Master Assessor for the aviation industry, accredited by the Government of India’s National Skill Development Council (NSDC) and the Aerospace and Aviation Sector Skill Council (AASSC). She holds a crucial role in the nationwide training of trainers within the aviation sector. Her extensive professional background includes significant experience with Air Deccan, Kingfisher Airlines, Indigo Airlines, and Virgin Atlantic.
