Myfledge Private Limited is a vocational training organization based in India. Myfledge has expanded into various industries since its start in 2014 and has over 12 centers spread across India. These industries include aviation and hospitality; hotels and retail; mass communication and media; banking and finance; events; and global management. Through its three primary streams of training - individual training, government training projects, and enterprise training programs - Myfledge has trained students, professionals, academic institutions, and businesses.

Our Mission
To maintain this culture of learning excellence, Myfledge’s industry-leading faculty rigorously apply a teaching methodology that establishes
learning outcomes for each subject, which is then assessed using formative and summative work. Teaching is conducted in a blended learning environment through lectures, seminars, concept videos, tutorials and independent learning. Students are encouraged to actively participate in class, give presentations and learn in groups. Our ultimate goal is to develop each student into an independent learner with critical appreciation and research skills. Finally, all student work isnmonitored and evaluated by a system of assessment and external examination.
